The main road access to Nakuru is directly from Nairobi by private means,or by bus/matatu The main highway passes by Naivasha and Gilgil/Elmenteita on the way.There is an airstrip in Nakuru which charters flights. Near by is Lake Nakuru but getting to the lake itself is difficult with out private transport.
