Mocha Ethiopia Dance Group

Mocha Ethiopia Dance Group is the only Ethiopian cultural dance troupe by Japanese dancers. They promote Ethiopian culture by participating in many international exchanges and friendship events held in throughout Japan.
They are proud to have a strong relation with the Ethiopian national theatre.
They have had the opportunity to train and perform dance together both in Ethiopia and Japan.

Their aim is to serve as a bridge between the people of Japan and Ethiopia in order to strengthen their friendship through performing Ethiopian folk dance and promoting Ethiopia's flourishing culture. All in Mocha Dance Group take pride in their activities as ambassadors of friendship between Ethiopia and Japan.
