The Music of Ghana Origin festival is a festival celebrating music with roots in the country. The festival involves several performances of old Ghanaian forms like highlife music by pioneers and newcomers alike.
Every year, an award show, called the Music of Ghana Origin Awards, is part of the festival.
It is organised by Citi FM and supported by the Musicians Union of Ghana(MUSIGA.)
