Sikoli – Music from Malawi & Norway

Sikoli – Music from Malawi & Norway is an event held between Norwegian and Malawian artists from in Lilongwe. The event includes beautiful songster and songstress Jorgen Doors and Selma French. It also features a few bands where they collaborate with musicians from Malawi. Some of the bands come from Nkhotakota where there is a cultural center. Some of the artists from Norway sing perform their songs in Chichewa language.

Proceeds of the event are channeled towards a cultural organisation called 'Bigroundboat'. The event was established to raise funds.
