Swakopmunder Musikwoche

Swakopmunder Musikwoche is an annual music event held in the town of Swakopmund, Namibia. It is conducted under the patronage of the German Evangelic-Lutheran Church.

Every December, music professionals are brought from national and international institutions to instruct and assist musicians. The event normally lasts for nine to ten days and ends in a series of performances. It is organized and run entirely by volunteers and is operated as a non-profit entity. Those who wish to be part of this yearly event can register via the organisation’s website every year in July. This annual event is sponsored by Bank Windhoek.
