Bio

The Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (ZAA) is an arts organization that was founded by Conrad Mwanza in 2010. It was established with the thrust of celebrating talent in the arts and business community. The ZAA seeks to recognise Zimbabweans in the country and in the diaspora. Z.A.A. has grown to become one of the most important events in the African community.

The event awards Zimbabweans in the following categories: Media Personality, Community organisation of the Year, Community champion, Academic, DJ of the Year, International Gospel artist, International Artist, Event of the year, Company of the Year, Female Entrepreneur, Male Entrepreneur and Tourism.

The event is regularly held at the Royal Garden Hotel in leafy Kensington. The winners of the awards are selected through an online voting system. To vote, one has to visit the event’s website, choose which category and make their selection. To attend, one has to buy tickets online which cost between 70 to 90 pounds.
