Running from 12pm to 2am, Major League Gardens is an open-air event where festivalgoers can bring their camping chairs and picnic blankets. It is branded as a “social festival” and is brought by Major League Music and Channel O, a South African-based music television channel.

Owned by DJ twins Bandile and Banele Mbere, popularly known as Major League DJz, Major League Gardens has grown to become one of South Africa's biggest social gatherings that hosts arguably the biggest line-up of rappers and DJs on a single day. The Mbere brothers have become household names in South Africa through the festival.

Tickets are available via at Computicket. No tickets will be sold at the stadium.
