Bio

Founded in 2009, Dream Boys is a famous RnB group from Kigali, Rwanda. It is made up of of Nemeye Platini (known as Platini) and Claude Mujyanama (called T.M.C.). The two are childhood friends who are signed to Kina Music label. They are part of Kina Music Group.

In 2009, they released a debut album titled ‘Sinzika’. One of the tracks, ‘Magorwa’, taken from the album, earned them widespread popularity across the country. This was followed by the release of their second album called ‘Isaano’. The 'Isaano' album was well-received and garnered much attention compared to the ‘Sinzika’ album. In 2012, they released their third album titled ‘Uzambariza Mama’. The duo has also collaborated with other local and regional artists on numerous singles namely ‘No One Like Me’ featuring Ugandan artist Eddie Kenzo, ‘Nzagaruka’ featuring Burundian T-Max and ‘Rwanda uri Nziza’ with local artists Kitoko, Urban Boyz, Riderman and Uganda’s Radio and Weasel.

In August 2013, they came out fourth at the annual Primus Guma Guma Super Star talent competition held at Amahoro Stadium. They have won a number of awards such as a Pearl of Africa Music Award. They have made tours around the country and in East African countries, Uganda is a good example.
