Bio
Dangatye is a Qeberha indigenous rapper, who started rapping in 1997 when he showcased his talent at The shell Road To Fame.
He became popular in 2004 when his debut single 'Nobathembu' recieved major airplay on various radio stations. He released his debut album Nguban Igama in 2005, the album has a lot of singles that got airplay on radio. He worked with the likes of H20, MXO, JayStash and the late Lundi Tyamara. He shared the stage with MDU, Malaika, Mzekezeke and international artists like Busta Rhyme and Fatboy Slim to mention a few. He is still recording music and performing around Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
