Victoria Nkong

Victoria Nkong is a multilingual entertainment consultant, music business executive, events and TV producer from Nigeria.

She is also a talent manager, public speaker and PR consultant, and has been involved in events production for almost two decades. Starting out with the first Tinapa International Trade Expo, her initial involvement in the prestigious KORA All Africa Music Awards as a bilingual presenter gave her a lot of exposure in entertainment before she became the Personal Assistant to the KORA President and Line Producer for KORA AWARDS. She is also on the board of trustee of Jegede Paul Foundation & Life Fountain Orphanage Home.

Through her brand: The Bridge Africa, Victoria is currently helping creatives around Africa to take their brands across the continent and beyond. Victoria is extremely passionate about human capacity development and youth development as well, this is the reason behind projects like: Qtaby Talent Reality Show: To train and empower youth in the creative industry, SLUM INVASION for youth and children in the slums which she did for 5years, giving scholarships to indigent children and empowering youth through skill acquisition, SHARE YOUR CLOSET:For widows which she did for two years, empowering widows with business and skills and capital to start small businesses.

As a Talent Manager, Victoria has worked with most of the big artists and personalities around Africa either directly or as a Talent Booking Agent for brands like MTN, Globacom, MOOV, HEADIES Awards, AFRIMA Awards.
