Ulrico Grech-Cumbo
Bio
Ulrico has spent the last 14 years starting and running businesses in the intersection between music, entertainment, and technology. Ulrico founded Acappella Productions in 2004 as a concert promoter, working with many local and several international acts, including touring Seether (Billboard #1 ranked rock band at the time).
In 2010, Ulrico rebranded the company to Ambrosia Branded Entertainment Agency, specialising in brand investment in the music space: artist & event sponsorships, music video product placement and experiential marketing campaigns through music. In 2014, while using fringe technology as a tool to create brand experiences, Ulrico co-founded Deep VR, now Africa's biggest cinematic virtual reality production house. In 2016, Ulrico was named one of Fast Company South Africa's Top 25 Most Creative in Business.
