Ntsamaeng Motloung



The Background

Born and raised in the Free State, now based in Johannesburg, Ntsamaeng Motloung, is a young, talented and anointed gospel songstress whose mission is nothing else but to spread the word of God through song. 

As a child, Ntsamaeng began to sing at a church (Praise Covenant Church), that her father founded. This is where she discovered her gift and her interest in music.     

She grew up in a household and an environment that revolved around Christianity. She is a strong believer in the gospel of Christ and she is born again. 



Ntsamaeng’s career in the music industry began when she studied music at Central Johannesburg College. She started off as a backing vocalist for many artists in the gospel industry doing live recordings, studio albums, singles, music videos, features. 

The journey 

Ntsamaeng was drawn to the music industry by a competition at which she was a contestant and made it through to Johannesburg top 15. She was still in high School and it was her first appearance on TV.
Her first ever live recording was with Pastor Sarah Motswedi, the Greater Love recording. Before then, Ntsamaeng had already been doing studio sessions with the likes of Mnqobi Nxumalo and many more. As doors kept on opening Ntsamaeng was also called for live dvd recordings with artists such as Canaan Nyathi, Collen Maluleke, Lebo Sekgobela and many more. As the years progressed Ntsamaeng, called by Bishop Benjamin Dube, Ntsamaeng joined the Spirit of Praise Choir, did overdubs and tours for spirit of praise 7. She was also a part of Gospel goes classical South Africa live recording in 2018.  
 In 2019, ntsamaeng was a part of one of the biggest projects in the world, The lion King (movie edition), under the leadership of Khaya Mthethwa and Lebo M.




As a build up to her solo career, in October 2019, Ntsamaeng had her first show in Johannesburg titled “Out of Myself” which opened even more doors for her. She is currently working on releasing her own music.
