Agatha Marudzwa

Agatha Marudzwa is a Zimabwean female gospel artist who was born on 23 January in Mutare. She grew up in Dangamvura and attended school at Dangamvura High. She rose to fame her song ‘Press On’ (2012). She ventured into music in 2004.

In 2013, she released her debut album ‘No Pain No Gain’. In 2014, she was nominated in the Outstanding Female category at the 14th edition of the National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA). In November 2014, she released an album ‘Based on A True Story’ in which she narrated her ordeal. Agatha secretely married a Gwinyai Ndembera who was still married to a Chipinge pastor Christine Maphosa.
