Alinafe Jimu

Alinafe Jimu, popularly known to his fans as The One Man Band' is an acoustic musician who was born in Chiladzulu, Blantyre, Malawi. He developed a passion for music at a tender age. this prompted him to buy his first guitar and began making his own music. Hehas travelled around the country on various performances. He has been to other places on foot entertaining local people at markets and bars. Many people have described him as a natural born performer.

In 2011, the Malawi Music Awards appointed him to perform at the event at Hotel Victoria where he performed his song ‘Kukoma’. the performance earned him the required recognition but he has never stopped to perform in the streets.
