Boyd Kalumbi is an upcoming multifaceted booking agent. He is based in Samfya District of Luapula Province of Zambia. A lot of local artists struggle to get bookings in the province. It this void that he wishes to fill up.
The mentorship programme he received from Jess White, Rikki Illilonga of Mosi-O-Tunya Band and one of the pioneers of Zamrock music in Zambia, Mr. Chanda Emmanuel (Jagari) of the W.I.T.C.H Band and Julia, Director of Modzi Arts through Modzi Arts training residency for six day from 24th April, 2023 to 29th April, 2023 ignited the drive to work various artists as booking agent and also as an intermediary to artists outside the province needing these services easily.
