DJ Foxx Tha Roc

DJ Foxx Tha Roc (born Joseph Kapandula Jr) is an artist from Zambia.

He was born in Kabwe and raised in Lusaka before moving to Kafue. His influences were his uncles who listened to rap music of artists such as Tupac Shakur, The Notorius BIG and prominent DJ's like DJ Fresh SA. The environment prompted him to develop an interest of being a DJ. He attended Kasenje Basic School in Kafue and Monze Boarding High School and did his higher learning at Zambia Center for Professional Training and Consultancy - Z.C.T.C in Lusaka, Zambia. He also attended Journalism training under the BBC Media Action.

Joining an already competitive entertainment industry was challenging for him. He gained prominence after becoming host VJ on Zambia's privately-owned station Prime TV on a show called ''The Full Package".

He has made governance show productions for the BBC Media Action including productions for I-wave FM and ITT Radio 90.9 FM

In 2019 DSTV ZAMBIA and ZESCO sponsored a beauty contest which he organized with fellow youths in Itezhi Tezhi Town.

Besides radio and being a DJ, He is also a musician, activist and entrepreneur.
