Dr Avater Kenny Madashot

Kenneth Msanjila is a young African visual story teller. An experienced Director and Cinematographer. Kenneth has not only worked in the motion picture and film industry in Tanzania but also Kenya and South Africa. This exposure has very much contributed to his ability by demonstrating skillsets in technical aspects of Audio Visuals and Directing that he possesses.

Kenneth’s versatility in filmmaking- Lighting, Cinematographer, Editing, Sound Design and Colourist is clear demonstrated in films such as, “CHEZA”, “STINGER”, “EASTZUU” and “THE MIDNIGHT BRIDE” just to mention a few.

Earlier 2023, Kenneth directed two music videos for a Tanzanian artist Carola Kinasha, which were aired by China Central Television (CCTV) official song series for the New Year Celebrations.

Kenneth has also worked as a Cinematographer-Trainee onset of the renowned TV series televised in South Africa “GOMORA and THE RIVER”.
Currently Kenneth is working as a Freelance Director and Cinematographer.
