Gal Level

Gal Level was a R&B duo from Windhoek, Namibia.

Founded in the late 1990s, the group was made up of Daphne Willibard and Frieda Haindaka. They began their career with a hip-hop group called Dungeon Family. In 2004, Gal Level released a debut single ‘Shake It’ followed by ‘Go Back to Her’ in 2005. The two songs won separate awards at the 2004 and 2005 Sanlam-NBC Music Awards. The duo received nominations at the Channel O Music Video Awards and Kora Award in the Best Female Group in Southern Africa.
