Hurungwe Arts Festival

The Hurungwe Arts Festival was established in 2014 in Karoi, Zimbabwe. It is a brainchild of Hurungwe based Baptism of Fire, BOF. It had its first edition in November last year. The event has so far attracted regional participants as it moves in to reinforce the arts industry through, music, theater, exhibition and fashion show.

The event fosters a platform for people to celebrate and embrace all forms of arts in curbing social-economic issues and in building people's hope for the future. The management of the event has plans of launching a film society within Mashonaland West province.
