JM Norway

JM Norway is the Norwegian section that is well-known for supporting music in many countries including Malawi. It works under the theme: “Making a Difference Through Music”. For the past 40 years, the organization has been offering international music experiences to young audiences and young performers. Its projects are focused on international cooperation and youth empowerment. MOVE (Musicians and Organizers Volunteer Exchange) is one such project courtesy of JM Norway. The project is an exchange program for young musicians.

Its vision is to create and maintain a positive international music environment for young people. It thrives to be a promoter of awareness and global cultural understanding for young musicians through music across national boundaries. The organization thrives to cooperate with other national and international actors.

It is a national networking organization for a number of Norwegian organizations who work for this audience. Through this network, JM Norway offer opportunities for cooperation, development and exchange of expertise and experience.
