Kinninkan

K I N N I N K A N is a fast-rising Nigerian Afro jazz music band, led by Bayonle Okunsanya Samson who is a song writer, multi-instrumentalist, singer and performer. He prefers being called by his brand name KINNINKAN for his replication of the iconic signature use of mask which aims to purge curiosity in people and to cover his identity. He believes in social reform through arts and entertainment, especially music. Kinninkan band was formed in 2014 starting with a 5-man jazz band and has since grown to a full afrobeat jazz band with other genres like hip hop, pop and highlife music in their repertoire.
