Klear Kut

Bio

Klear Kut is a group that begun as part of a Ugandan underground Hip Hop phenomenon. The year was 2000 when the five individuals decided to begin rapping. By 2001 they were a diamond in the rough that had become 'Klear Kut'.

First single - "Nothing Wrong with a Little Doe". The song gave the group a buzz as they received more recognition. An impressive feat for a Hip Hop group in Uganda.

First album - "Mind, Body and Soul".
The album proved to be a huge success for the group spawning the mega hits "All Iwanna Know" and "Superstar" featuring Bebe Cool. The singles topped the charts in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. The video for "All I Wanna Know" showcased Klear Kut's strong marketable on screen persona. The video pioneered modern video production in Uganda.

Second album : "K2"
It featured the hit single "Mon Coeur/ Murder of Crows". The video was on heavy rotation on WBS, Africa TV & topped the EA TV Music charts.The album features Bebe Cool, Benon, Rania, E-von and Poetic.

Klear Kut became the first Ugandan group to be nominated at the KORA's.
