Lucy holds a Masters degree in Marketing Management and a Degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She has held various roles, starting as a Customer Care representative and progressing to become a Manager

She then became the Head of the Communications and Public Relations Unit at the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), where she improved the organization's public perception through strategic planning and PR campaigns. Currently, Lucy is the head of corporate communications and public relations at BASATA, overseeing various activities such as media relations, marketing, and social media management. Her extensive experience makes her a valuable asset in managing and enhancing BASATA's reputation and communication efforts.
