Nthangwanika Kondowe is a creative consultant in different avenues of art including photography, videography, talent/event management as well as media marketing. Founder and COO of Newwave Group which specializes in content curation, music distribution and publishing. She’s also the first project manager of the Malawi Hip Hop Awards, an experienced festival producer (alumni The Festival Academy Atelier Düsseldorf). She’s passionate about exporting the her country’s music brand and bridging the digital gap between Malawi and the world.
