Nur Felix

Nur Felix is a singer, songwriter & guitarist from Cape Town, South Africa. For over 10 years Nur has been sharing his authentically South African sound and uplifting musical message in theaters, music festivals, lifestyle events and retreats.

Singing and composing from the heart, Nur's music strikes a compelling balance between Folk, Pop and Reggae. A few of his songs include Socially conscious themes such as Spirituality & Human rights, as well as personal reflection and heartache, all carried by unique guitar riffs and melodies that are bound to uplift your soul and get you moving and grooving.

Nur's music has been featured in several documentaries. His song 'Peace Date' (co-written with Nancy Beaudette) was a finalist for the International Peace Song awards in Los Angeles. The single did well in the US and Majority of the royalties generated from 'Peace Date' was used for sponsoring 20 new computers to Manenberg Primary School.

Currently Nur is filming music videos and preparing the digital release of his first album 'We Are All We Need'. This Album is an exciting and textured compilation featuring a string quartet, singers from Cape Town Youth Choir, A brass section and full band.
