RadioVop Zimbabwe

RadioVop Zimbabwe was founded in 2000. It was registered in Zimbabwe in May 2002 as Radio Voice of the People Communications Trust. It has board members who hail from Zimbabwe. The radio station is currently broadcasted on short wave via Radio Netherlands.

Apart from the station, it also makes its content available on its 24 hour website: www.radiovop.com. It is supported by a number of donors in and outside the country. The organisation survived severe bombing of offices, arrests of trustees and staff members. This was followed by a delayed court case. Some of the content available on its website includes entertainment, business, sports, politics and many others.
