“Singer, songwriter, author and a social activist RAINYM was born for the spotlight
and her multifaceted career is shaping up to be nothing short of iconic”
The Social Entrepreneur uses creative melodies to communicate issues with positive
and uplifting messages to change the narratives and bring awareness to address
societal matters and make a difference for humanity.

Artist RAINYM, a native South African, born and bred in Soweto- Meadowlands and
currently residing in the suburb of Johannesburg, has travelled the world and uses
her experience to address issues through beautiful, inspirational and heart-warming
messages in melodies.
Her beautiful versatile voice enables her to capture genres like AfroSoul, Afrobeat,
AfroPop, Amapiano and Deep House amongst others. Her record label REVP –
Regen Empowerment Ventures and Project aims to empower upcoming talented
musicians through a lived experience.
Her academic qualifications encompass both International specializing in various
fields of Business Management including Oral Health Care. RAINYM is fluent in
many indigenous South African languages, which she eloquently applies in the lyrics
composition. Her talents amongst others includes an excellent spoken, knowledge,
and written of an international language, German, which she learnt during her
residency in Germany.
ABOUT
Her achievements include three singles namely
“DO SOMETHING” featuring AfricanDuo is the first song that triggered her
inspiration to share the message louder through a melody to address the Gender
Based Violence affecting Women and Children including Men themselves. The song
encourages Men to take action by protecting the vulnerable members of the society,
through breaking the silence against GBV. Released on the 23rd July 2022, a video
thereof is available on YouTube and depicts the emotions, which encompasses the
diversity of Men from different walks of life. To reach a wider audience RAINYM used
Setswana, Isizulu and English languages for the lyrics of the song
“ALLOW ME” a multifaceted song to be used for various schools of thoughts based
on trending societal issues to provoke thought provoking conversations from the era
of Tribal Wars, Slavery, Apartheid and post Apartheid. Released 28 February 2023.
Language used is Setswana and English with the video loading soon on YouTube.

“STRINGS OF MY HEART” aims to capture music lovers with a heart-warming
melodious message and dance rhythms of a mixture of AmapianoSoul,
Afrobeat/Soul and House Music.
