Tenziah

Tenziah is a Cape Town based music project, featuring an array of different musicians/instruments, with emphasis on original compositions. Our main is to perform and develop Cape Town and South African music genres.

Tenziah was create be the well known Cape Town acoustic/electric bass player, Eldred Schilder, in 2018 and has undergone various permutations. The present lineup, a mixture of sessioned and up and coming musicians, includes Eldred Schilder-bass, George Werner-piano, Dane Paris -drums, Byron Abrahams - Sax and Anathi Mobo on vocals.

The primary goal of the band is to create a platform for developing original music with a strong South African flavour, expanding on our rich heritage
