Vazukuru VeAfrica

Vazukuru VeAfrica is an afro fusion band from Zimbabwe that combines traditional African rhythms with modern influences to create a solid unique sound.The band's music is rooted in traditional African culture but also incorporates elements of folk,funk and jazz.The result is a sound that is both familiar and fresh,with a strong groove that is sure to get you moving.

The group members met while studying at Music Crossroads Academy, a renowned music school in Harare,Zimbabwe. At the academy, they honed their skills and developed a love for Afro fusion and the goal of bringing their unique sound to the world.

The band gained more attention when they performed at the revamped Imagine Music Experience national competition in June 2022.They emerged winners of the national competition and their elegant act booked them an experience at the Imagine Music Experience International competition. This trip suggested an opportunity to tour, compete and represent Zimbabwe and Africa on the World stage in Europe as well as rubbing shoulders with some notable ,international young and big artists.
