War Wore

War Wore is a South African audio and visual producer. Singer and songwriter. (25)

His sound is a combination of South African indigenous sounds as he is born from Hlubi pride, baSotho and Xhosa clans. Through his music background from choral to being an urban music producer, creating Afrocentric based sounds that he calls “Nguni Groove.”
He has hosted platforms and shared stages with one of the country’s finest and Africa’s artists such as: Aubrey Qwana, Flash Ikumkani, Prince Kaybee, Busiswa, Killo Da Thousand, Meonz and many more. Also dressed for designers like Maxhosa, Imprint ZA at Buyel’Ekhaya Festival.
His music has been performed in several cities nationwide sharing live performances, in festivals, venues , events and radio, overwhelming the audience with his symphony around South Africa. Recently had a radio interview at Umhlobo Wenene Fm (Dstv 818) and had an airplay on Trufm.
He is also a founder of War Wore Records and founder/content creator of Ice Break Festival, an annual music festival.
He also films and edits his music videos, currently short a music video to premiere in Aug with BSC Mokati production.
War Wore is an entertainment founder of the year nominee on Founder Of the Year Africa Awards 2021.

Collaborations play a huge role in expanding an artist branch , so War Wore is working with ECAVC RECORDS under University Of Fort Hare, producing and songwriting on music to be released in due time. Meonz and Onzbeatz from Malawi and also produced a single with Blurk Isis from Bloemfontein, Free State.
