Mundial Montreal is one of North America’s leading world music summits. African artists to showcase in recent years include Rocky Dawuni (Ghana), Hajamadagascar & the Groovy People (Madagascar), Chico Antonio (Mozambique), Maya Kamaty (Reunion), Moustafa Kouyaté (Mali), Pierre Kwenders (DR Congo) and Lorraine Klaasen (SA), as well as Canada-based musicians Élage Diouf (Senegal) and Just Wôan (Cameroon).
