East Africa Vibes Concert

East Africa Vibes Concert (EAVC) held on the first Saturday of August, is an annual event that seeks to promote emerging musicians, poets and spoken word artists within East Africa.

Initiated by the Culture for Development in East Africa (CDEA) EAVC provides aplatform for both established and emerging artists to share a stage. With a successful first edition held in 2015 at the Nafasi Artspace in Tanzania, the second edition is slated for 6 August 2016 under the theme Vuka Boda.
