DJ Jop

DJ Jop is one of Ethiopia's most popular music Mashup Maker/DJs, and he goes by the name of DJ Jop, music Producer , with a degree in Computer Science from International University. DJ Jop has spent years fine-tuning his music winning formula, in the only way he knows how, by jet-setting around the globe and feeling the vibe at some of the most prestigious venues in Ethiopia.

A native of Adama, Ethiopia, he always knows how to harness the sun, beach and the clubs in order to get the very best out of his audiences, and DJ Jop’s evolving appreciation of the “EthioMegaMix", has brought him commercial success globally.

DJ Jop started his deejay career in 2007, in the dance clubs of Addis Abeba, playing gigs at different places. In the year 2009 after working with Radios and in 2011 DJ Jop joined “Achawach TV Show “ in Ethiopian Television (ETV-3) where he serves as the Video DJ (VJ).

In his music career, DJ Jop has since worked with top African and Ethiopian DJs . DJ Jop has therefore turned out to be one of Ethiopian Mashup masters who spices up artistes songs and turns them out to be more exciting and sweet.
