As the founder and president of Riska_D_Rollaz Records, he plays a pivotal role in nurturing emerging talents and shaping the trajectory of the music industry. Furthermore, Thabiso takes on the responsibility of driving Secunda Henderson Management, where he navigates artist management with strategic insight.

Beyond his musical endeavours, Thabiso is a graphic designer operating under Secunda Henderson Studios.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Thabiso serves as the chairman of Ngwempisi Trust, an effort that underscores his belief in giving back to society and effecting positive change.
