The 2024 ACCES price policy is as follows:
African delegates:
Non-African delegates pay a fixed $200 which provide an all-access pass to both day and night programmes.
Anyone can buy tickets to attend the evening programme (performances): Ticket prices will be announced upon programme launch.
African delegates are all legally recognized citizens or nationals of an African state, either native or naturalized.
Yes, every year ACCES provides showcasing opportunities to emerging African artists. The call for showcasing for 2024 is now closed.
Throughout the event, ACCES provides an exhibition hub, where local and international delegates connect and feature their products and services. You can also take advantage of the pitch sessions, which give you an opportunity to present your products and services in front of an audience. The programme is published on the ACCES website, usually in September. Also make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
There will be an on-site registration desk where all registered delegates will receive their ACCES pass and other materials for use at the event against their unique PIN code (provided with the registration confirmation email).
The next conference will take place in Kigali, Rwanda Kigali from 14-16 November 2024
Shuttles will be provided between the conference venues and partnering hotels.

No. All delegates should register and reserve their seat. Only registered persons will receive the ACCES pass, on a first come first served basis.
