Mulonde Michael, better known by his stage name Ayo Bassboi, was born on October 24, 1999, in Kampala, Uganda.

He has established himself as a multifaceted talent in the music industry, serving as an Audio Producer, Artist, and Sound Engineer at JahLive Studios in Makindye, Kampala.

In 2021, Ayo Bassboi showcased his production skills by working on notable tracks such as “Bajikweka” by Prince Omar and “Muliro” by Kalifah Aganaga featuring Olisha M. These projects marked the beginning of his journey in the music scene.

Building on his success, 2022 saw Ayo Bassboi expanding his portfolio with the production of “Bulaya” by Kalifah Aganaga, demonstrating his versatility in collaborating with different artists and musical styles.

The pinnacle of Ayo Bassboi’s career arrived in 2023 when he produced a remarkable array of songs that dominated the Ugandan music charts. Among his notable productions were “Ebyo Byoli” by Feffe Bussi and Karole Kasita, “Body” by Tip Swizzy featuring Geosteady, and “Sembera” by Geosteady, which stood out as one of the biggest hits, reigning atop the charts for almost six months.
