The Bethel Music Ministry was conceptualized from the visionary directive given to their founder, Mr. Fikru Aligaz. Bethel Music Ministry was formed in April 1992 as a not-for profit tax-exempt Corporation by Ethiopians living in Kansas, USA.They are a non-denominational evangelical organization.

The ministry's mission is to assist local churches in preparing worship music for revival and conference services . They also provide music to evangelists in their crusades. They provide mobile video production services. They also produce audio/video recordings for church choirs and solo artists.
