Black Kalonji

Black Kalonji is an alternative & hip-hop artist from Nigeria who adapts to maintain an original sound when working on his audio projects molding a genre unto himself fueled by his love for indie, rap, alternative, dancehall, and more. Black Kalonji released his most important demo project “dabulamānzi” and “BROWN 2.0” IN 2019 under his Egypt Free imprint serving as his Record Label and Creative Company as well as “Pusherman Dreams” in 2020 which was available on digital stores. Akpabio was gearing up for a major album in 2020; he delayed its release until 2021, before stylistically releasing the album “dabulamānzi LP: KING of ranKINGs". Not afraid to always evolve and create, Black Kalonji is working on an upcoming album.
