Bokang “BK” Proctor

Bokang “BK” Proctor is a rapper and music producer from Botswana. He is signed to Basement Records. He gained popularity as one of the most versatile producers in Botswana. He is the award winner of the 2009 Botswana Music Union (BOMU) Music Producer of The Year category.

He has released a couple of albums such as ‘BK Proctor Vol 1’ 2, 3 and 4. These were followed by the release of a track called ‘Anything’ which featured a kwaito group called MMP Family. The song was an official promo track for his ‘BK Proctor Vol 5’ album which he released in 2013.

In July 2016 he released his much anticipated third studio album ‘Masterpiece of Duets’. The album features different artists from different music genres, including South African jazz maestro Jimmy Dludlu, Botswana’s talented jazz find Samantha Mogwe, Culture Spears, German Dollar, Vee as well as Lister Boloseng. It features songs such ‘Good Morning’, ‘Giroriya’, ‘Mogwana’, ‘The Chase’ and ‘Zoom’.
