Claire Metais

A graduate in cultural projects administration and management, with music at the core of her portfolio, Claire Metais has been working within the Arts and culture sector for the past 15 years, from festivals to international exchange programmes, music tours, conferences and artistic residencies across Europe and Africa. Originally from France, she was based in South Africa from 2011 to 2020.
She has been working with various public institutions and independent organisations. In 2017, she joined the Music In Africa Foundation where her responsibilities include the programming of leading pan-African music trade event ACCES.
