Cosby Ngumuya

Cosby Ngumuya is musician from Malawi. He comes from a Christian influenced family. He was born in Blantyre on 31 January 1994 but was raised in the US. In 2012, his family returned back home.

Upon returning home, he began recording and having a number of performances. He met a local artist Yesaya at his high school performance. He was introduced to Canny One and Boy Magic. Things started working well for him and he worked with a number of artists on various projects. ‘Zokoma’ song is a good example.

On 19 April 2014, Cosby was baptized at Kabula Seventh Day Adventist Church in Blantyre. His decision to receive Christ inspired him to record an album ‘Jehovah’ (January 2015). The album was dedicated on his life experiences and on how God made a change in his life.
