Dagdroom was founded in January 2015 and have since secured a weekly performance at one of the top venues on the West Rand, performed at the ever-popular Randfontein show and have caught the attention of two marketing and entertainment companies - Mad Events and Kreatiek - who now represent the band non-exclusively.
They have also played at numerous shows and released their first single in the form of a music video. What sets Dagdroom apart from the ocean of cover bands available to pubs and larger establishments, boils down to their business-orientated approach, professionalism and flexibility.

As the name suggests, Dagdroom focuses on Afrikaans Rock and Roll, Indie, Pop music and to release well-composed original work to the public on a regular basis. The four-piece act spends nearly all their free time practicing in Drummer Adriaan Schoombie's studio, The Jim Records - a proud display of their dedication towards each other, their followers and clients..
