Daily Times is a Malawian daily print publication owned by Blantyre Newspapers Limited (BNL). It is one of the oldest newspapers in the country. It has weekend editions namely the Malawi News and the Sunday Times. Formerly called the Central African Times, the newspaper changed to Nyasaland Times in 1964. It then changed to The Daily Times in 1972 . It covers many sections of news chief among them music. It is used by musicians to advertise music shows, album launches and video releases.
