Eclypse

Eclypse is a recording company based in Lilongwe, Malawi. It is situated opposite Lilongwe bus stand (Malangalanga Avenue) inside Kapote building. Its vision is to help local artists realize their hidden potential and take their music beyond the boarders. It is well known for producing Skeffa Chimoto’s albums namely ‘Nabola Moyo’, ‘Ndife Amodzi’ and Lulu’s ‘Amodzi.’

In 2012, business was slow at the studio following the death of Lovemore Manyama. He was a member of the recording studio. Business started picking up when it incorporated video and advertising. Since then, the company began making progress.
