Filmmakers Association of Namibia (FAN)

Filmmakers Association of Namibia (FAN) was established in 2000 with the thrust of upholding the growth and development of the Namibian film and video industry. The association survives through support from its members. FAN does not only depend on information sharing from local film industries but rather international as well. The organization has plans to rope in the Namibia Film Commission, an arm of government and other bodies for support. The idea is to advance the Namibian film community as a whole.
