Ibrahim Sidede

Ibrahim Sidede is a Nairobi-based film composer and sound designer. His music covers a wide range of instrumental styles, ranging from orchestral to ethnic.

With over 10 years of experience, Ibrahim has composed music for over 30 films (including Kati-Kati, Disconnect, You Again, In Shadows and Kizingo) and 500 TV episodes for series (Drama: Wrath, State House, Sweetest Taboo. Comedy: Loko Loko, Urembo. Animation: Machismo). Ibrahim also frequently composes for TV and Radio commercials, having composed music for brands like LG, Airtel, Safaricom, KCB, Uber and many others.

Ibrahim's goals are to continue to create beautiful soundscapes, by means of sound design and music composition, and to work with talented individuals on inspiring projects and to introduce the art of film-composition to a wider audience.
