Indigo Saint

Indigo Saint is the moniker for the 31 year old 5 x Zim Hip Hop Award Winner, "Mzwakhiwe Ngwenya". In 2016, he was listed second in MTv Base's Top 10 Hottest MC list. He has since performed at Cottage Fest, Intwasa Arts Festival, Munch and Sip, Matobo Gin Festival and performed a freestyle that was acknowledged by Sway Calloway of Sway in The Morning. He is the founder of Cottage 47, a multimedia production studio and network that helps bring awareness around mental health issues through its musical events and social media campaigns. It is a platform that brings together up and coming independent artists operating out of Bulawayo, and is an association (The Independent Artists Association of Zimbabwe) that creates safe spaces for all artists to showcase their art.
