Jay AR Roe

Jay AR Roe, a performing artist, MC and songwriter from Pretoria under DAY ONE FAM. Based in Montana, Pretoria, Jay AR Roe has been making music since 2010 but professionally started releasing music in 2019.

Born and raised in Montana, Pretoria 012 ke pin. He raps in four different languages portraying his roots in his music. He has released seven projects and a couple singles and videos to date, and is currently working on the second instalment of his Under The Shade Series which was released August 2023.

Having a multitude of collaborations and projects with many artists such as XuxuSA, SLI, Its ADN, among others. He has appeared on radio stations such as TUT FM and Moretele FM. His aim is to make timeless music for all moods, vibes and generations and he’s not stopping anytime soon.
