Joy Television

Joy Television is a digital television station in Malawi. It is run by Joy Media Group. The media stable is run by the family of former president Bakili Muluzi. It was launched in March 2015 after acquiring a license from the country’s communications regulatory authority in 2012. The digital television boasts of modern equipment and full high definition cameras. Its programs feature news, sports, entertainment and many others. The station helps to preserve the country’s arts and culture sector by playing music from local artists.
