Kitoko

Born Patrick Bibarwa, Kitoko is a Rwandan artist best known for his Afro-fusion style. Based in London, the U.K, his music is a fusion of Congolese flavor and native Rwanda. His love for music was prompted when he became a member of a church choir. In January 2010, he released his debut album titled ‘Ifaranga’. It was well-received in the country and in Uganda.

He has performed at a number of concerts and festivals namely at the Rwandan Cultural Festival in Jylland-Fyn, Denmark and in the U.S, France, Belgium and many others. He is twice winner of the Salax Awards for the Afrobeat Artiste category.

In 2015, he released a single called ‘Rurashonga’.
